Q: Are face masks required?

A: Per local regulation, face masks and coverings are required inside the hotel's public spaces and outdoors when not consuming food & beverage.

A: While food service is suspended, Circa 39 hotel guests are welcome to consume take-out or delivery food items in our public spaces.

Q: Is Circa 39 located on the beach?

A: Our oceanside hotel in Miami is situated in a tranquil neighborhood right across the street from Miami’s glistening, sandy beaches. To see a detailed map of our location, click here.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

A: Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 12:00 p. m. (noon).

Q: What is the minimum age for check-in?

A: The minimum age to check-in at hotels in Miami is 18 years old. A valid photo ID will be required to purchase alcoholic beverages at the bar.

Q: What are the reservation guarantee and cancellation policies?

A: For stays through November 30, 2020: We got love for Direct Bookers. This is why you only have to provide your credit card information at time of booking. No prepayment is required. You also have the flexibility to change or cancel your reservation by 6 PM (local time) the day of your arrival date at no charge . In the event that you don’t show up, we would charge the first night’s room and tax to your credit card.  For stays after November 30, 2020. 3 days notice prior to check-in date is required. 

For all contracted Social or Corporate Group room block reservations, please contact your Sales Manager or so that we can discuss the best possible opportunity for all parties concerned.

Q: What is the child policy at Circa 39 Hotel?

A: Children 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent/guardian’s room, using existing bedding. 

Q: What credit cards do you accept?

A: Circa 39 Hotel is happy to honor the following credit cards:

A valid credit card must be presented upon check-in. An amount equal to room/ tax (unless prepaid) plus estimated incidentals for the entire stay will be authorized upon check-in. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire about details.

Q: What is the cost of the hotel fee and what is included?

A: Room rates quoted do not include our mandatory hotel fee of $16.95 per room per night. This fee includes:

  • Beach chairs and towels (umbrellas available for an additional fee)
  • Wireless internet access (via your laptop or mobile device)
  • Use of in-room safe
  • Use of fitness room

Q: Is breakfast available?

A: There will be Grab and Go items available at WunderBar.

Q: Does the hotel offer valet parking?

A: No, Circa 39 does not offer valet parking. Self-parking is available to all hotel guests. The daily self-parking fee is $24.00 per day plus tax.

Q: Does Circa 39 accommodate pets?

A: No, unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets.

Q: Can I ship boxes to the hotel and store them there until I arrive?

A: We do not encourage storing boxes at the hotel since we are a small boutique hotel. Boxes shipped to the hotel for storage will incur a $5 per item storage fee. For questions about package deliveries please email

Q: Does the hotel have handicap-accessible rooms and common areas?

A: Yes. The hotel has six handicap accessible rooms. These rooms feature shower grab bars, adjustable height hand-held shower wands, lowered bathroom vanities, closed-caption televisions, bathroom grab bars, lowered dead-bolts, lowered bed heights, and lowered guest room peep-holes. The hotel has handicap accessible entryways to the common areas and guest rooms, on-site accessible self-parking, self-operating elevators, and accessible pool entrance.
