Our standard guest rooms feature views of the pool, courtyard or city. Each of these rooms features a king or queen bed and is approximately 250 square feet. Maximum 2 person occupancy.
Double/Double Rooms
With views of the pool, courtyard or cityscape, our 13 double/double guest rooms feature two double beds and are approximately 250 square feet. Maximum 4 person occupancy ($10 each surcharge applies for third and fourth person).
Courtyard King with Kitchenette
Our spacious courtyard rooms with kitchenette have studio style and additional space for premium comfort with close to 330 square feet. These rooms feature hardwood floors, king beds, a desk and a kitchenette with additional amenities including coffee makers, microwave, toaster, mini-refrigerator and CD player. Maximum 2 person occupancy.
Pet Friendly Guestrooms
Because Circa 39 knows that sometimes best friends come with four legs, we now offer 2 pet friendly guestrooms that cater to you and your furry friend. Both rooms are conveniently located on the ground floor level in our Courtyard Building and are within walking distance of a nearby dog park. Dog beds and bowls are available. Enhance your vacation and take your faithful companion to sunny Miami Beach! Simply select the dates of your stay on our booking suitcase and choose the ”Courtyard 1 King Dog Friendly Room” room type. Please note that these rooms are based on availability and blackout dates apply.
Family Friendly Connecting Rooms*
Circa 39 has a number of family friendly connecting rooms (one King Room connecting to one Double/Double Room) ideal for families or friends traveling together. Some of these are located in the Collins Building and some the Courtyard Building.
Executive One Bedroom Suite*
The ultimate Circa39 accommodation boast close to 600 square feet with a king bed, desk and flat screen TV in a separate sleeping room. This ideal room features an additional living space with a sofa and dining area and amenities including a flat screen TV, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, mini-refrigerator and CD player.
